From the event’s registration. When your team scans a badge, the attendee’s details come straight from what they entered when registering for Thorben Train. Nothing is guessed from a photo of the badge.
A company admin of your exhibiting company. Use the email you registered with as an exhibitor. If we can’t find you, ask your company’s main contact or the organizer to make you a company admin.
The EventMobi Lead Capture app, on any iOS or Android phone or tablet. It’s separate from the attendee event app, and there’s no hardware to rent.
Download your leads as a CSV from the Company Portal at any time, then import them into your CRM.

Yes. You get a receipt and invoice by email, with your VAT ID if you add one at checkout.
